Essential Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative position in the S44 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced warehouse candidates looking to join a modern, well-equipped working environment. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while working as part of a supportive team.

 

Pay:

  • £12.71 per hour
  • Weekly pay

 

Hours (Full or Part Time):

  • Monday to Friday working pattern
  • Rotating shifts:
    • 6am – 2pm
    • 2pm – 10pm
  • Part-time shifts available:
    • 5pm – 10pm

Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Picking and packing products
  • Using handheld scanners to process orders
  • Ensuring products are labelled and packed correctly for dispatch
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
  • Working efficiently to meet daily targets

 

Skills Needed:

  • Extensive warehouse experience
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and excellent timekeeping
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidence using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
