Warehouse Administrator

Location: Sheffield

Hours: Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week (flexible working times)

Salary: £27,300 per annum

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails.
  • Process orders and invoices for both UK and international customers.
  • Manage export orders and coordinate shipping arrangements.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Liaise with suppliers to track, chase, and update order statuses.
  • Update and input data accurately into spreadsheets, including the use of VLOOKUP, formulas, and other Excel functions.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise.
  • Confident working to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to use initiative and take ownership of tasks.
  • Friendly team player with strong communication skills.
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Sage or SAP is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, and data entry.
