Warehouse Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week (flexible working times)
Salary: £27,300 per annum
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails.
- Process orders and invoices for both UK and international customers.
- Manage export orders and coordinate shipping arrangements.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers to track, chase, and update order statuses.
- Update and input data accurately into spreadsheets, including the use of VLOOKUP, formulas, and other Excel functions.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Confident working to deadlines and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, positive “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to use initiative and take ownership of tasks.
- Friendly team player with strong communication skills.
- PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Sage or SAP is desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, and data entry.
