We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator with strong ERP knowledge and excellent attention to detail to join a growing team in Holmewood, Chesterfield. Immediate start, great working hours and the potential for a permanent position await!

In this Warehouse Administrator role you will be doing data entry, administration, stock and inventory control, maintaining records and inputting information. We’re looking for someone with experience with ERP systems, as well as experience in a warehouse environment, ideally within a Warehouse Administrator, Stock Controller, Inventory Control, Goods In Warehouse Operative, Dispatch Operative or similar role using ERP systems.

The current working hours are 7am – 3:30pm, however as part of the company’s continued growth, they anticipate moving to an additional shift arrangement in early 2027. The proposed shift pattern is expected to be:

• 6am – 2pm
• 2pm – 10pm

 

Hours / Pay:

• £13.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 7am – 3:30pm
• 37.5 hours per week

 

Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:

• Data entry duties
• Administration tasks
• Stock control and adjustments
• Inventory control
• Inputting information
• Maintaining accurate records

 

Experience required for this Warehouse Administrator position:

• Experience with ERP systems essential
• Experience working in a warehouse setting
• Computer literacy
• Good attention to detail
