Recruitment Consultant, – Trainee or Experienced, Nottingham

What to expect – important if you’re not familiar with industrial recruitment!

This role involves lots of time out of the office – you’ll be driving to warehouses, factories and offices to conduct staff check-ins, inductions or site tours. These sites can be dirty or smelly, often will involve wearing safety boots and a hi-vis vest, and sometimes they will require you to remove jewellery or false nails.

We are looking for someone who is equally as happy speaking to the lads in the factory or the HR Director! This role can be stressful, busy and a lot of hard work – but the job satisfaction and salary make it all worthwhile…

• Competitive basic salary up to £28,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be varied and fast-paced, including:

• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Creating engaging job adverts and social media posts
• Building relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service
• Developing new business and supporting the growth of the branch
• Conducting regular client meetings and check-ins
• Participating in our on-call rota

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Some flexibility is expected, and you’ll take the on-call phone home on a rota basis.

Salary & Bonus

• Up to £28,000 depending on experience
• Consultants currently earn £5,000–£10,000 extra per year in bonus — with no cap
