Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our small, bubbly team in Barnsley town centre.
No recruitment experience needed, if you bring the personality we will be more than happy to take you under our wing of expertise!

Job role:
- Managing client accounts and fulfilling their staffing requirements
- Utilising social media and job boards to advertise client job roles
- Resourcing and interviewing candidates and placing them out to suitable job roles
- Processing payroll
- Communicating with clients and candidates via phone, email and on site
- Various other duties as no day is ever the same!
You should have:
- Experience within a busy customer service or sales environment
- Urgency, the suitable candidate must be quick thinking and able to deal with a fast working environment due to the nature of the role
- Office experience would be preferred
- Full driving license and own transport
- Confident, bubbly personality (we’re a crazy group and can’t wait to welcome you!)
- Ability to grow and retain working relationships!
