Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Annesley

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be varied and fast-paced, including:

• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Creating engaging job adverts and social media posts
• Building relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service
• Developing new business and supporting the growth of the branch
• Conducting regular client meetings and check-ins
• Participating in our on-call rota

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Some flexibility is expected, and you’ll take the on-call phone home on a rota basis.

Salary & Bonus

• Up to £28,000 depending on experience
• Consultants currently earn £5,000–£10,000 extra per year in bonus — with no cap

• Strong IT and admin skills
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle
