Trainee Machine Operative – Rotherham

We are working with a leading manufacturer based in Rotherham (Parkgate) who are looking for a Trainee Machine Operative to join their small, fast-growing team.

The successful operative will be required to support all areas of production.

Details:

• Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am
• £23,809.50 per annum
• Increasing to £27,000 after 3 months
• Increasing to £30,000 after 6 months
• Immediate start
• Full time hours
• Weekly pay
• Contract; Temp to perm

Duties:

• Quality checking and packing of manufactured products
• Labelling and bagging up materials
• Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound orders
• Shrink wrapping and palletising orders prior to despatch
• Various other duties when needed

Requirements:

• Previous Warehouse and Manufacturing experience would be preferred
• Ability to work toward production targets
• Previous experience within a similar role would be essential
• Candidates must be physically fit due to the nature of the role
