Supervisor needed in Maltby S66!
We’re currently recruiting for Supervisor to join a busy warehouse and production environment in Maltby Rotherham.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead day-to-day operations on the floor, supporting workflow, team performance, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Details:
- £14.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team and allocating daily tasks
- Monitoring workflow and keeping operations running smoothly
- Supporting warehouse, stock control, and dispatch activities
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards are met
- Assisting with training, communication, and team development
About the candidate:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics setting
- Experience leading or supporting a team (Team Leader/Supervisor level)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and understanding of operational processes
