Stores Coordinator, Worksop

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Coordinator for our busy client based in Worksop on a permanent basis.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30am-3pm

Pay Rate:

• Up to £30,000 per annum

Duties:

• Manage goods receipt and booking-in of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate records and stock traceability.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Support stock control processes across multiple depots, including stores reorganisation.
• Manage depot consumables and PPE, ensuring availability, compliance, and cost-effective use.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records to minimise shortages, waste, and overstocking.
• Input goods receipts and stock issues into the stock control system.
• Provide remote stock control support to wider group depots.
• Manage and segregate free-issue client stock held within depots.

Skills required:

• Previous stores, stock control, warehouse, or similar experience
• Good understanding of health & safety, PPE, and stock management procedures
• Strong IT skills and experience using stock control systems
• Organised, methodical, and able to work independently
• FLT licence preferred or willingness to undertake training
