We’re looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Annesley, on the outskirts of Nottingham. Our company has just celebrated it’s 20th anniversary and our biggest year yet – there’s never been a better time to join!

Whilst this advert is aimed at Experienced Recruitment Consultants, but we are also taking applications for Trainee Consultants – We will support you every step of the way, regardless of your level of experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Salary: Starting from £28,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will be varied and fast-paced, including:

• Assisting the Branch Manager to lead the team
• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Creating engaging job adverts and social media posts
• Building relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service
• Developing new business and supporting the growth of the branch
• Conducting regular client meetings and check-ins
• Participating in our on-call rota

 

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Some flexibility is expected, and you’ll take the on-call phone home on a rota basis.

 

Salary & Bonus

• Up to £28,000 depending on experience
• Consultants currently earn £5,000–£10,000 extra per year in bonus — with no cap

 

What You Need

• Strong IT and admin skills
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle
