As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships within a designated territory, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
The Key Details:
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am-4:30pm (starting at the site in Doncaster at 8am and then returning at 4:30pm)
Pay: £12.71 per hour to start (as you don’t need specific experience, you will be trained on the job)
After 12 weeks: Once you have completed 12 weeks, your salary could increase up to £30,000 per annum, as well as bonus structures up to £400 per month. As you will be a full time permanent employee, you will be field based and working 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities of a Field Sales Executive:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve sales growth within a designated territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Work alongside internal teams to support sales objectives
- Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support
- Apply customer discounts in line with agreed spend levels
- Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
- Follow sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities
About You:
- Previous customer account management or sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident negotiator with a results-driven approach
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Full UK driving licence
- Organised and able to manage your workload effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Thrives in a busy and target-driven environment
