Recycling Operative – S63

Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking Recycling Operatives to join a busy plant in Manvers on a temporary to permanent basis.

Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 4pm (overtime available)
• £12.71 per hour
• Working for a highly established growing business
• Immediate starts available
• Opportunity for a permanent contract

Duties Include:

• Sorting & segregating of recycled household waste by hand
• Placing into correct containers for further recycling and analysis
• Cleaning out of containers using a jet wash machine
• Relabelling of waste ready for despatch
• Completing paperwork for recordings where necessary
• General cleaning & tidying of all area’s
• Use of company vehicles for transferring waste to & from sites

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a recycling environment would be beneficial
• Must have a keen eye for detail
• Both numerate & literate due to working with paperwork
• Candidate must have a driving license
• Must be comfortable with the duties of the role & flexible working between Yard & Driving
