Recycling Operatives Wanted – Immediate Start | Somercotes

We are currently recruiting reliable Recycling Operatives to join a busy waste and recycling facility in Somercotes on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for long-term work with full training provided and genuine progression opportunities within the business.

Pay Rates:

• £13.17 per hour (AM/PM shifts)
• £15.20 per hour (Night shift)

Shifts:

• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 2:30pm – 11:00pm
• 11:00pm – 6:00am

This role is weekends only, with the possibility of additional shifts during the week when required. Candidates must be flexible to cover all shifts if needed.

Duties include:

• Picking and sorting recycled materials on a conveyor belt
• Separating materials such as paper, tin, and cardboard
• Working at pace while maintaining safety standards
• General site duties as required
