What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out general candidate administration
  • Processing payroll
  • Managing and moderating the branch Facebook group
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Managing candidate applications
  • Speaking to candidates and clients on the phone and over email
  • Use of internal databases & Microsoft packages
  • Liaising with the in‑house marketing team to manage live vacancies
  • Assisting consultants in their sales activity
  • Working with the in‑house compliance team to ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Screening applicants to assess suitability
  • Arranging and conducting interviews

 

You will be working towards the position of Recruitment Consultant in the future, where your role will involve sales activity, liaising with clients & visiting their sites.

 

Working Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
  • Some flexibility is expected, and you’ll take the on-call phone home on a rota basis.

 

What You Need

  • Strong IT and admin skills
  • A full driving licence and your own vehicle
