We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Doncaster team.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

The position will be based at our Worksop office, with regular travel to Doncaster required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including recruitment, client servicing, and sales activities.
  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within the Doncaster area
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and prospecting activity to promote our recruitment services.
  • Driving to prospective client locations to conduct face-to-face introductions, including door-knocking and on-site sales visits.
  • Attending scheduled client meetings to present our services, discuss recruitment needs, and negotiate terms of business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to ensure service excellence.
  • Source, pre-screen, and interview candidates, effectively matching them to suitable roles.
  • Fill vacancies efficiently, ensuring a high level of client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Utilise social media and online platforms to advertise vacancies and attract talent.
  • Conduct on-site client check-ins to maintain strong working partnerships.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation (currently one week in every six).

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment-related role (Recruitment Administrator, Resourcer, or Consultant) would be an advantage but not essential as full in-house training will be provided.
  • proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Flexibility to travel between Worksop and Doncaster on a daily or weekly basis.
