Earn between £5k – £10k + annual bonus OTE (no cap on bonus)
£50 per week for ‘on call’ bonus

If so – here’s what the role entails! 

  • Building a credible relationship with prospective companies and assuring them we can deliver the service they desire.
  • Empathetic recruitment of candidates who are suitable for the work we can provide and creating opportunities for work seekers.
  • Retaining and developing relationships with our customers whilst delivering their requirements with a first class, extra mile service.
  • Performing administrative duties that conform to our own standards and procedures as well as legislative requirements.
  • Sales focused including generating new clients, following leads and working with the Business Development team.

You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. We don’t work Bank Holidays or weekends, but we do have a rotational on-call phone (you get an extra £50 for every week you do this though!)

You’ll be supported by our team of Directors, a really friendly bunch (they didn’t tell me to write that) who will offer some seriously valuable advice and guidance throughout the whole of your career. Many of our staff say the support available from the Management team is unlike anything they’ve experience in other roles!
