Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative – Needwood, Burton-on-Trent

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting a Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a modern, expanding warehouse operation based in Needwood, Burton-on-Trent. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering outstanding benefits from day one. You will be working within a well-organised warehouse environment, supporting day-to-day operations including picking, packing, and forklift duties while contributing to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing and labelling products ready for despatch
• Operating a reach truck to move stock safely and efficiently
• Using pick-to-voice systems and warehouse management systems
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Booking in and signing for deliveries

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck licence (or Counterbalance licence with willingness to convert)
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to carry out manual handling within health & safety limits
• Comfortable standing for the majority of the shift
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic numeracy skills
• Competent using Microsoft systems (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience using warehouse management systems (SAP desirable)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, conscientious, and a positive “can-do” attitude

Pay & Hours:

• £13.98 per hour
• Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm
• 37.5 hours per week
