We are recruiting for a Quality Control Operative on behalf of Northern Engineering, a well-established company based in Dinnington.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6am – 2:15pm

 

Pay rate:

  • £13.25 per hour

 

Contract type:

  • Temporary ongoing work

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out detailed product testing and quality checks
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet required standards
  • Completing paperwork/Inputting results
  • Identifying faults and reporting quality issues
  • Ensuring products meet strict tolerance and specification guidelines
  • Cleaning the products
  • Packaging items ready to be sent to dispatch

 

Requirements:

  • Previous quality inspection/assembly experience is essential for this role
  • Strong attention to detail and good eyesight
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with repetitive and seated work
  • Good manual dexterity
