We are looking for a Project Management Assistant  to join our team based in Harworth. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who will want to grow within the team. You will provide essential administrative assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our office and help develop the projects.

 

 

About us:

We are a prominent company specialising in the manufacturing of parts for railway track installation and infrastructure. Our team in Harworth is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in our industry, ensuring safety, reliability, and excellence.

 

The job:

–  Hours: 35.5 hours per week

– Monday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

– Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

– Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

– Start Date: Immediate

 

Duties:

– Research information to support other teams and departments

– Perform basic administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, schedule meetings etc.

– Keep track and report on project progress

– Co-ordinating with  project manager to ensure deadlines are met and reported in

Support project manager in recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates.

 

Requirements:

– Admin experience and confident talking to others

– Experience as an Assistant project manager or a similar role

– Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with others.

– Experience using Microsoft packages
