Are you an experienced Production Operative looking for work in Heanor?

If so, we have exciting opportunities to join a well-established manufacturer in Heanor. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy detailed assembly work.

Shift

• 2pm – 10pm

Pay

• £12.71 per hour
• Increasing to £13.35 per hour after 12 weeks

Duties Will Include

• Light assembly work
• Reading and following paper drawings and plans
• Measuring materials using tape measures
• Cutting materials
• Using a variety of hand tools during assembly
• Completing quality checks on finished products
• Working to precise specifications and measurements
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity and a steady hand
• Ability to work accurately and consistently
• Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift
• Previous production, assembly, manufacturing or craft-based experience desirable
• Ability to read and follow drawings and measurements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sewing Machine Operative Opportunities

We are also keen to hear from candidates with previous industrial or domestic sewing machine experience for dedicated sewing machine positions working:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
