Production Operative – Derbyshire (Foston)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a local company in Foston, Derbyshire due to growth and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated candidates looking for immediate starts and long-term employment. Full training is provided for all successful applicants.

Pay Rates & Hours:

• £12.62 – £14.53 per hour depending on shift
• Overtime paid at premium rates
• Rotating shifts, Monday – Friday
• Days: 6.00am – 13:55pm
• Lates: 15:20pm – 23:15pm

Main Duties:

• Loading and unloading components onto machines
• Monitoring machines and machine minding
• Quality checking parts and products
• Working to daily production targets
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment

Skills & Experience Required:

• Self-motivated with good attention to detail
• Flexible approach to shifts and overtime
• Must have access to transport due to location
