Location: Alfreton (DE55 4NN)
Pay: £12.80 | After 12 weeks: £15.21
Overtime: Up to £25.88 per hour
Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off – 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
Contract type: Temporary to Permanent | Full Time

We’re currently recruiting food production operatives for a well-established food manufacturer based in Somercotes. The company is a global leader in the creation of sauces, seasonings, and food ingredients, and offers a great opportunity for ongoing work and long-term employment.

What you’ll do:

• Mix and prepare ingredients
• Operate production lines
• Pack and label finished products
• Carry out quality checks
• Help keep machines clean and running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Previous production experience is helpful, but not essential
• Reliable, hard-working, and a good team player
