Production Operative, Worksop

A leading global company who specialise in packaging systems are looking to add to their team with Production Operatives.

This is a company who’re keen to hold on to quality orders and therefore there are further training and progression available with an opportunity for permanent contract after 12 weeks.

Pay Rate:

• First 12 weeks – £13.56
• 12 weeks+ – £14.49
• Quarterly bonus, paid based on quality

Hours:

• Monday – Friday (3 shift rotation) MUST DO ALL 3 SHIFTS!
• Days – 6am to 2pm, Nights – 10pm to 6am, Afters – 2pm to 10pm

Duties:

• Quality checking the products & leak testing
• Grid and cage assembly – while using power tools
• Working on an automotive line
• Fast paced, repetitive work.
• Working on different stations
• Working on a MX lines in the assembling of IBCs.

The candidate:

• You must be willing to work in a warm environment
• Must be able to work at a fast pace!
• Would be interested in overtime
• Needs to be happy doing 3 shifts rotating
• Good work ethic and reliable
• Ideally have some production experience

The role is starting of temp but you will receive full hours every week, for candidates who are excelling there is chance to gain a contract and also progress with the company.
