Production Operative, Tuxford

We are seeking a hands-on, reliable Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Tuxford, on a temporary to permanent basis. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a heavy-duty or manual work background who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

This is a varied role, where you’ll be involved in the production process from start to finish, from preparing moulds ready for production to quality-checking the finished product.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7am – 3:30pm

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean moulds ready for production
• Pour and level concrete into moulds
• Finish and quality-check concrete surfaces to a high standard
• Safely demould and handle finished products
• Operate lifting and handling equipment
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a heavy-duty, manual, or industrial environment
• Good practical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work safely with tools, machinery, and lifting equipment
• A positive attitude and team player mentality
• Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on role
• Candidates ideally need to drive

Prior to the role been offered you must attend an interview direct with the company and at our office in Worksop.
