Production Operative
Located in Gunness, Scunthorpe

We are currently looking for a site operative to join our client in Gunness, Scunthorpe.

Start date: Interview Tuesday 9th June, to then start on Wednesday 10th June.
Shifts: Monday to Friday rotation pattern of days – 7am-3:30pm then 8:30am-5pm (you have to rotate both)
Pay rate: £13.62 per hour
Contract: Temporary ongoing

Duties:

• Unload and load vehicles of supplies, ensuring of safe handling on all products.
• Filling of packed products.
• Working on a production / conveyor belt line and taking off finished goods and putting them onto pallets.
• Using a wrap machine to wrap pallets.
• Housekeeping tasks when needed.
• Complying to all health and safety on site.

Experience needed:

• Previous experience working in a production environment / on a production line.
• All candidates must be happy standing at the line for most of the shift.
• Counterbalance license would be an advantage for the role – does need to be accredited by RTITB / AITT / EURO 1 etc.
• Be able to use your own initiative and be a team player.
