Production Operative – Scunthorpe

£27,040 – £31,200 per year | Monday – Friday | Temp to perm

Please note: Manufacturing or production experience is essential

Then this is the production operative role for you!

Hours of work:

• Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:30
• Friday, 07:30 – 13:30

Salary:

• Starting at £13.00 per hour, increasing to £15.00 per hour after 12 weeks – or as early as week 2 depending on performance!

PLUS

• £25 per week attendance bonus
• AND £100 refer a friend scheme after 12 weeks!

Interview process:

• You’ll attend an induction and 1-hour job trial so you can see the role in action before committing.

Duties of a warehouse operative:

• Using a roller to spread resin onto sheets and moulds
• Soaking fibreglass in resin and physically moulding around products
• Quality checking finished items
• You may work on the same station for your shift, with occasional rotation

Requirements:

• Previous long-term work history is essential
• Manufacturing or production experience is essential
• Must be comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks
• Be aware that the environment involves a strong chemical smell – this will be experienced during the job trial
