Shifts: Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm & Friday 7.30am-13.30pm
Pay: £13.25 per hour / £15.25 per hour after 12 weeks
We are currently recruiting for multiple production operatives for our client in Scunthorpe.
Duties:
Duties can include, but not limited to;
- Rolling resin smoothly onto boards/moulds.
- Placing wooden strips onto the mould to set.
- Covering strips with fibreglass, making sure all is covered. Using hand rollers to get round corners.
- Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments.
- Following health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a factory environment would be an advantage.
- Happy to work with strong chemical smells.
- Happy to be working at station all shift – not much movement.
