Feeder / Production Operative
Location: S65, Rotherham

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a local company working with the distribution of food packaging.

Details:

• Monday to Friday days and after’s rotating:
  • Days: Mon to Thurs: 5:45am – 2pm, Fri: 5:45am – 12:45pm
  • Afters: Mon to Thurs: 1:45pm – 10pm, Fri: 12:30pm – 7:30pm
• £12.21 per hour
• On-site parking
• Immediate starts available
• Temporary to permanent opportunity

Duties:

• Feeding products i.e. wooden spoons, discs and lids onto a machine
• Quality checking of products
• Adhering to health and safety procedures
• Repetitive, fast-paced work
• Standing on feet for long periods
• General housekeeping of work environment

Requirements:

• Preferred previous factory experience is beneficial
• Attention to detail and quality checking
• Preferably drive
• No nut policy on site
• Must be able to work rotating shifts
• No makeup, happy to not wear makeup or jewellery
• Happy to adhere to PPE (hair net, overalls, beard snood)
