Due to incredible growth, a local company in Retford is looking for a Production Operative to join their expanding team. We are hosting a walkaround factory tour next week – join now for the chance to secure your new role!

Hours of work and pay:

• £12.82 per hour on days
• £14.10 per hour on afters and nights
• 39 hours per week
• Shifts rotate weekly: Days, Afters, and Nights

Duties include:

• Working in a factory environment with various production tasks
• Moulding and sanding rubber
• Quality checking – visual inspection, hardness testing using a tool, and recording results on a computer
• Weighing products on a scale
• Trimming rubber using a scalpel
• Setting up product moulds
• Mixing chemicals by hand
• Maintaining a tidy workspace (general housekeeping)
• Heavy lifting
• Supporting other departments with assembly work
• Working in hot and sometimes dirty conditions (e.g. oven areas)

• Experience in moulding, quality control, or production is beneficial
