Production Operative, Kirk Sandall Doncaster

One of the UK’s leading Manufacturing businesses are looking to expand their team with Production Operatives on a temp to perm basis after a successful 12 weeks probation period.

As a Production Operative you will be assembling windows and doors using hand + power tools and machinery. We’re ideally seeking someone with similar experience in a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative or Assembly Operative role, who has used hand tools, power tools and a tape measure.

Pay Rates:

• £12.71 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours at £19.07ph

The role of a Production Operative:

• Using a variety of hand, power tools and machinery to assemble windows and doors
• Lifting of the products which can be manual
• Quality control including inspection to make sure the product meets specification
• Wrapping of the product

The ideal Production Operative:

• You will be used to a busy factory production environment/assembly experience
• Must have experience using power tools/hand tools/tape measure
• Be used to quality standards
• You will be able to do some manual handling as there are physical aspects to the role.
• You will be used to working to excellent quality standards
• You will be happy to work in a busy dynamic environment.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7am – 15.30pm
• 40 hours every week
• Possible opportunities for overtime
