Production Operative (Days OR Nights), Gainsborough

Looking for ongoing production work where you’ll get to enjoy 4 days off at a time?

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy company based in Gainsborough DN21 on a temporary ongoing basis.

As a Production Operative you will be operating machinery, packaging and bagging the finished product. We’re keen to speak to candidates with experience in a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Machine Operator or similar role.

Hours:

• Days or night shifts available
• 4 on 4 off
• 12 hour shifts / 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

Pay rate:

• £13.00 per hour – Day shifts
• £13.40 per hour – Night shifts

Contract:

• Temporary ongoing

Duties of a Production Operative:

• Packaging and bagging finished products
• Manual handling involved as stock is moved onto pallets
• Operating machinery
• Working with raw materials
• Cleaning down machinery

Requirements for this Production Operative role:

• Previous production experience is desirable for this role
• Forklift licence is desirable – previous forklift experience is considered
• Must be reliable and happy to work 12 hour shifts/4 on 4 off rotation
