Production Operative and Forklift Truck Driver, Matlock

A company in Matlock are looking for a Production Operative / Forklift Truck Driver to join their established team.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday, rota based
• 6:00am – 14:30pm / 14:00pm – 22:30pm
• Rotating shifts

Pay:

• £12.71 per hour – Days
• £14.26 per hour – Afters

Duties:

• As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out production line tasks, such as weighing, packaging, and labelling products, operating machinery, and performing quality checks
• You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure the efficient and safe production of goods

Experience:

• Due to site location (Brassington, Derbyshire), own transport is required.
• Applicants must be available to work on a shift rotation basis, days & afternoons
• Counter balance Forklift Licence would be highly desirable.
• Due to some aspects of the role, you will be required to lift completed bags and stack pallets by hand.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
