Production Operative, Eggborough

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing business based in Eggborough, North Yorkshire.

As a Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include manual lifting of products, filling stock, working on the production line, and quality checking finished products.

Shift Pattern:

3-week rotating pattern:

• Week 1: Wed, Thu, Fri – 12-hour days, 7am–7pm (36 hours)
• Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed – 12-hour nights, 7pm–7am (36 hours)
• Week 3: Mon, Tue – 12-hour days / Wed off / Thu, Fri – 12-hour nights (Friday finish at 4pm instead of 7pm) (45 hours)

Pay Rate:

• £34,177.25 per year

Contract type:

• Temporary ongoing

Duties:

• Manually lifting products from one location to another
• Filling stock back up
• Working on the production line
• Quality checking finished products

Skills required:

• Recent production experience required
• Factory or production line experience preferred
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
• Must be okay with standing for long periods of time

For this Production Operative role, you MUST drive due to the remote location unless you live in Eggborough.
