We have an amazing opportunity for Production Operatives to join a growing company in the chemical manufacturing industry on a temporary ongoing basis!

In this production role you will be operating the filling machine as well as helping to pack, label and quality check finished products. If you have previously worked in a Production Operative, Machine Operator or Manufacturing Operative role this would be desirable but not essential, as long as you have a can-do attitude and be a team player.

Duties of a Production Operative include:

  • Labelling products with a good attention to detail
  • Operating the filling machine
  • Packing and palletising finished products
  • Quality checking finished products
  • Moving products from the Production areas to storage areas
  • Following the health and safety policy
  • Other duties as advised

 

Skills required for this Production Operative position:

  • Previous warehouse and production experience is desirable but not essential
  • Can-do attitude

 

Rates of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday: 08:30am – 17:15pm / Friday: 07:30am – 13:00pm

Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid, 15 minutes paid

Contract: Temporary ongoing role
