We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, physically active role involving door assembly, fitting components, quality checking and palletising finished products.

Pay Rates:

• £12.71 – £13.50 per hour (depending on shift)

 Working Hours – Monday to Friday / You will be assigned to one of the following shifts depending on requirements:

• 6:00am – 3:30pm/3:00pm
• 2:30pm – 10:30pm
• 10:00pm – 6:30am

Contract: Temporary; Ongoing work with potential for progression

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling doors into frames and fitting hinges
• Dressing doors by fitting handles, glass panels, letterboxes and spy holes
• Reading and following job order paperwork accurately
• Carrying out quality checks and rectifying minor defects
• Manual handling, including lifting and moving doors
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Skills & Requirements:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to use basic hand tools (training provided)
• Comfortable working in a factory environment
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
