Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Cawthorne, Barnsley

We are currently looking for Plastic Production Operatives to join a well-established company based in the Cawthorne area of Barnsley.

Benefits:

• £32,057.81 per year (including attendance bonus)
• £200 monthly attendance bonus
• 12-hour day/night shifts on a Panama shift pattern (average of 40.25 hours per week)
• 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights, working a pattern of 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off
• Guaranteed full-time hours
• Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates

Main Duties:

• Operating machinery
• Machine feeding
• Grading and quality checking products
• Coiling and binding pipes ready for despatch
• Heavy lifting and manual handling

Requirements:

• Own transport essential due to location
• Previous production experience desirable but not essential
