Hours/Pay

• Days & Afters Shift: £12.85 per hour – Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
• OR
• Night Shift: £14.18 per hour – Sunday to Thursday, 10pm-6am

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Operative you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality glass products used across the UK, including:

• Operating modern automated machinery
• Handling and inspecting glass products
• Assembling glass units to customer specifications
• Fitting beading and sealing glass into frames
• Installing locks, handles, and hinges
• Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
• Packaging finished goods ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace
• Working towards daily production targets within a supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For in a Production Operative:

We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who:

• Have previous production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or labouring experience (preferred)
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Want a stable role with genuine long-term prospects
