Essential Recruitment are recruiting Production Line Operatives to join a local company in Swadlincote. Due to high business demand, this is a great opportunity for candidates looking to work in a friendly, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is available immediately and offers long-term work with full training provided.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.59 per hour

Hours of Work:

• Rotating shifts:
  • Monday to Thursday, 5:45am–2pm / Friday, 5:45am–12:45pm
  • Monday to Thursday, 1:45pm–10pm / Friday, 12:30pm–7:30pm

Main Duties:

• Carrying out full range of packing operations from start to completion of production
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining hygiene standards
• Verifying all first-off samples before production start
• Ensuring component hoppers are topped up to maintain production flow
• Changing label reels
• Applying shrink-wrap rolls to shrink wrapper machines

Skills & Experience:

• Previous line operative / production experience is desirable but not essential
