Hours: Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:00 (Friday finish at 12:00)
Salary: Dependent on experience £13.74ph basic OT 1.5 after 48 hours -£14.65ph and OT at 1.5 after 48 hours
Location: Doncaster
Contract Type: Temporary to permanent

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Production Supervisor to join our business in Doncaster on a permanent basis. The starting salary is negotiable hours are Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:00 (Friday finish at 12:00) sometimes may be asked to work later.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe, efficient running of the production area while upholding product quality
• Oversee the full production process, from raw ingredients to final packaging
• Motivate and lead a small team to hit daily targets and maintain high standards
• Support and develop a multi-skilled workforce with on-the-job training
• Complete daily paperwork including temperature checks, wastage, and quality records
• Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) are followed
• Clean cooling racks and maintain hygiene standards

Experience and Skills:

• Strong background in warehouse, packing, or production environments
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is a bonus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills – able to give clear direction
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• A keen eye for detail – spotting quality issues before they go out the door
• Food Safety Level 2 or similar qualification is an advantage
