We’re working with a well-established and growing business that is looking to strengthen its engineering function with the appointment of a hands-on, commercially aware Process Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and leadership sides of the role – driving process optimisation while supporting and developing a team.

  • Previous management or team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Practical, hands-on approach with a proactive mindset
