Looking for a hands‑on role where every shift flies by?

Join us as a Press Operator and become a key part of a busy production team.

We’re recruiting Press Operators to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment on a temp to perm contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and keeping production running smoothly.

No two days are the same, and full training is provided. PPE is provided on site, and access to facilities including lockers, break rooms, canteen/vending, smoking area, parking and washrooms.

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 05:45–18:00 (Mon–Thurs)
• Week 2: 17:45–06:00 (Mon–Thurs)
• 49 basic hours per week

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour
• Paid weekly

Duties:

• Handle raw materials including receipt, storage and recording
• Blend and mix materials to prepare for pressing
• Produce items to customer quality standards
• Keep production and mixing records accurate
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards
• Report issues, incidents or near misses
• Support packing and QA when needed

 Skills Needed:

• Problem‑solving ability and a mature approach
• Good communication and teamwork
• Positive, helpful attitude
• Willingness to follow safety procedures
• Full training and induction provided
