Due to expansion, a company based in central Burton are looking for Production Operatives to join them on a straight permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to progress their career, if you are a motivated, hardworking individual with ambition to progress in a vastly growing company then this is the role for you.

Pay Rate:

• £13.88 per hour

Hours of work:

• Mixture of days and nights working from 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am
• 12 hour shifts – Monday to Thursday rotating weekly
• 48 hours per week

Duties to include:

• Pre shift checks
• Setting machinery to set tolerances
• Operating machinery and equipment to produce roof tiles to specification
• Monitoring production lines for quality and efficiency
• Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Ideal candidate:

• Experience within a quality/manufacturing/production environment (1+ years)
• Keen eye for detail & quality
• Able to take ownership of workload
• Motivated individual
