Parts / Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bilsthorpe
Salary: £13.90 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday work: Every other Saturday, 8:30am – 1:30pm
Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for a Parts / Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and relaxed team in Bilsthorpe. Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls, live chats, and customer walk-ins
• Be the first point of contact for customer queries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Provide general support across phones and digital channels

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the motor trade or body shop is essential
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
