Production Operative – Flexi Shifts

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our friendly and growing team based in Carlton. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work with the option of part-time hours across a variety of shifts.

Benefits:

• Flexible working pattern – Monday to Sunday shifts (rotating)
• Shifts available: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm & 10pm–6am
• Choose between 1–3 shifts per week (can include weekends)
• Pay Rates: Days – £13.13 per hour | Afters – £13.83 per hour | Nights – £14.53 per hour
• Ongoing temporary work with potential long-term opportunities

Main Duties:

• Stacking pallets safely and securely
• Maintaining general hygiene and cleaning within the production area
• Carrying out manual handling duties including re-working pallets
• Working on a production line ensuring high standards of cleanliness for pallets and equipment
• Quality checking stock before despatch
• Loading and unloading stock from wagons
• Supporting general upkeep and organisation of the production environment
• Must be happy to work flexibly and cover shifts at short notice

Skills & Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands-on duties
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within a similar production or manufacturing setting
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
