2:30pm – 1am, Monday to Thursday

Pay rate:
£12.21 per hour

Contract type:
Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks

Are you looking for a hands-on, physical job where no two days are the same? We’re currently recruiting for a pallet yard operative to join a busy and expanding company based in DN22.

This company specialises in manufacturing and refurbishing pallets, and due to increasing demand, they are looking for a dedicated pallet yard operative to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Loading and feeding wood onto machines for pallet production
• Conducting quality checks on pallets to ensure they meet standards
• Assisting with the refurbishment of used pallets
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Heavy lifting, so physical fitness is essential

Requirements:

• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Efficient and reliable in a fast-paced environment
• Keen eye for detail to meet quality standards
• Previous experience is beneficial, but not essential – full training provided
