Paintline Operative, Barnsley

We are currently recruiting for a number of Paintline Operatives to work in the metals department, the role suits someone who isn’t afraid of hard work.

You will be working for a friendly, well-known and successful business based in Hoyland, Barnsley.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour
• Weekly pay

Main duties of the job:

• Quality checking metal frames for defects
• Lifting and stacking of frames ready for assembly (can be up to 30kg)
• Assisting within spray booth for final coating of product (training provided)
• Working on computer based systems for control of stock
• General upkeep of warehouse

Skills Required:

• Previous experience working within manufacturing environment
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude towards learning new skills
• Physically fit will be lifting up to 30kg
• Ability to work
• Candidates must be able to work towards deadline and targets
• Excellent eye for detail is essential
