Duties of a General Operative:

• Packaging products into boxes and palletising.
• Minding a machine
• Making up boxes and putting correct labels onto them.
• Hourly quality checks and paperwork

The Candidate:

• Happy to work 4 on 4 off, rotational days and nights
• Happy standing for long periods doing repetitive work.
• Needs to have a good work ethic and be willing to learn.
• Happy to work 12 hour shifts.

For the right candidate a permanent contract will be given after a successful 12 weeks probation. The hours of work are 12 hour shifts 4 on 4 off, rotational days and nights. The candidate will receive 2x 30 min paid breaks along with coffee breaks throughout the day. The Starting rate is £11.44 an hour with an increase after 12 weeks.

Once a contract is gained there is the opportunity to earn a £100 attendance bonus per week which is only paid out under the condition a full week is worked and no lateness.
