Packing Operative, Worksop

We are currently recruiting for experienced Packing Operatives to join a leading online retailer based in Worksop with immediate starts available for the right candidate.

This is a varied role where you will be picking products, packing orders, labelling and preparing orders for despatch. Experience in a warehouse environment is essential, so if you’ve previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Picker or Packer we’d be really keen to hear from you.

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour

Hours:

• 8:30am – 4pm
• Monday to Friday

Contract:

• Temporary ongoing work (busy period July – December)

Main duties of Packing Operative:

• Picking and packing orders
• Stock picking, checking, and counting
• Labelling, wrapping, and preparing orders for despatch
• Meeting daily order deadlines
• Weighing and sorting post bags
• Checking deliveries and replenishing stock
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Manual handling of items up to 20kg

Skills required:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential for this role
• Good numeracy and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Happy working in a fast-paced environment
