Order Pickers – Tankersley

We are currently looking for a full time experienced picker to work with our friendly, fast growing client based in Tankersley, Barnsley.
You will be working towards a long-term career offering huge scope for personal progression.

Key Details:

• Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
• £12.71 per hour
• Long term work available
• Immediate starts available

Main duties of the job:

• Picking single and bulk products such as; racking, shop fittings, locks and bolts and various other products using scanners
• Palletising stock and shrink wrapping
• Completion of paperwork as and when required
• Prepping goods for despatch and labelling stock when needed
• Assisting with loading and unloading of containers (handballing)
• General cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse
• Various other warehouse duties when needed

Skills required:

• Minimum of 6 months picking experience would be required
• Experience using scanners rather than pick sheets would be preferred
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and willing to work
• In house assessment completed
