Hours: Between Monday – Sunday 6AM – 10PM

Are you an experienced team leader looking for a new challenge? Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and analyse daily operational data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Head of Department.
  • Strategically manage team schedules, reviewing, authorising, and optimizing holiday requests for efficient workforce planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee attendance, proactively identifying and addressing patterns of absence while implementing performance-improving solutions.
  • Attain a deep understanding of all team roles to effectively optimize workflow and delegate tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Proactively support team members during peak demand periods by reallocating resources and streamlining processes.
  • Drive professional development by implementing structured training programs and mentoring team members for skill advancement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and formulating development plans to enhance job proficiency.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement process improvements and align operational strategies with broader business objectives in collaboration with management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and compliance regulations, swiftly addressing and escalating any violations as necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to make strategic decisions swiftly and confidently, aligning with company policies and long-term objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
  • Extensive experience or knowledge in customs, logistics, or international trade processes is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and business management software.
  • Expertise in compiling and presenting detailed operational reports.
  • Ability to uphold and enforce company policies, driving a culture of accountability and compliance.
  • Commitment to driving innovation through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
