Office Adminstrator – S26 Area

We’re looking for an experienced Office Adminstrator to join a friendly and supportive team! This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a home from home working environment, playing a key role in helping the business continue to grow and develop.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing and managing online sales orders
  • Handling phone and email enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
  • Creating and issuing invoices
  • Managing sales and training enquiries
  • Setting up and maintaining new customer accounts
  • Generating new sales leads
  • Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed


About the candidate:

  • Proven experience in an administrative and customer service role is essential
  • Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Enthusiastic and motivated about contributing to business growth
  • Confident using a range of computer systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Must drive or live locally due to the location


About the role-

  • Hours of work- Monday- Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Fridays 8:30am-4pm
  • Pay is DOE but ranging from £12.21-£14 per hour
  • Temp to Perm position available for the right candidate
  • Immediate starts available after a successful interview
