Office Adminstrator – S26 Area
We’re looking for an experienced Office Adminstrator to join a friendly and supportive team! This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a home from home working environment, playing a key role in helping the business continue to grow and develop.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing online sales orders
- Handling phone and email enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
- Creating and issuing invoices
- Managing sales and training enquiries
- Setting up and maintaining new customer accounts
- Generating new sales leads
- Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed
About the candidate:
- Proven experience in an administrative and customer service role is essential
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiastic and motivated about contributing to business growth
- Confident using a range of computer systems and Microsoft Office packages
- Must drive or live locally due to the location
About the role-
- Hours of work- Monday- Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Fridays 8:30am-4pm
- Pay is DOE but ranging from £12.21-£14 per hour
- Temp to Perm position available for the right candidate
- Immediate starts available after a successful interview
